Buffalo Bills Sign Terrell Owens: It appears that the next team Terrell Owens will be destroying will be the Buffalo Bills. On Saturday evening, the Bills signed Owens to a 1-year, $6.5 million deal, less than a week after the troubled wide receiver was released from the Dallas Cowboys. It is amazing to think of a guy with as much talent as T.O. and him not being able to find a happy home, as he joins his 4th team. But as may say: “Owens is always best in short doses”. But besides the circus that follows T.O. everywhere he plays, what does he do for the Bills organization? For starters, he immediately helps an offense that was very inconsistent, especially during the second half of the season. He is obviously a big-play threat, and he demands a lot of attention on the field. He also serves as a great decoy, as teams will likely avoid leaving single coverage on him. Then, there’s his troubled past, especially with his quarterbacks: Jeff Garcia, Donovan McNabb and Tony Romo. This might be a bit of a problem, as the Bills are trying to shape Trent Edwards into their longtime play-caller.
