Jessica Simpsons Sucks Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo Dry, Again? Despite Terrell Owens being long gone, the dysfunctional Dallas Cowboys continue to add yet another chapter to the Jessica Simpson-Tony Romo storybook romance novel. You may recall that we reported on Jessica Simpson sucking Tony Romo dry on a vacation in Mexico.

This time, another one of Tony Romo’s teammates decided to get some airtime of his own by voicing his opinion regarding the infamous love affair between Jessica Simpson and the ever-underachieving Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo. Jessica Simpsons Sucks Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo Dry, Again?

When Terence Newman was asked last week about Troy Aikman's take that Romo "hasn't fully grasped what being the Cowboys quarterback is all about," Newman went off on Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo's relationship.

What are the chances the without Terrell Owens, the Dallas Cowboys can win the 2010 Super Bowl XLIV in Miami, FL? Did the Sports Odds get better or worse with the departure of T.O? SportsBook.com has your answer!

"I think that with the situation Tony was in, I think that kind of maybe hurt him a little bit - being a first-year starter, then you have the limelight with his girlfriend and situations of that nature,” Newman stated. Currently, the Sports Odds that the Dallas Cowboys [+1000] will win the 2010 Super Bowl XLIV in Miami, Florida, are tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts for second best.

“It's going to take away from him being a quarterback, being a successful quarterback. He won 13 games and everything was perfect, but now after this past season, it was, 'Is he doing enough for the team? Is he working hard enough? You know, he's got this girlfriend, so ...' I think that once he inherited the starting quarterback job and his relationship got into the national media attention, I think that that was something that definitely hurt and took away from Tony Romo being a great quarterback." The New England Patriots [+500] are the early Sports Odds favorites to win the 2010 Super Bowl XLIV in Miami, Florida next year.

Earlier in the week, legendary Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman and wide receiver Michael Irvin talked about Tony Romo and how the Cowboys QB is perceived: "I think maybe things happened so quickly for Tony in terms of obscurity to all of a sudden national spotlight that he hasn't fully grasped what being the Cowboys quarterback is all about," Aikman said to Irvin. "And you don't go to Cabo the week before a playoff game. You just don't do it.

"It didn't take away from his preparations. I know that. I mean, everything he says is I think accurate. I don't think that had any bearing.

"But to say, 'I don't worry about perception,' you better worry about perception, because it's a big part of making it through some very difficult times."
