Jason Taylor Traded to Washington Redskins: Reports started circulating late Sunday evening that All-Pro-Bowler DE Jason Taylor will finally be dancing his way out from the Miami Dolphins and into the nation’s capital. What’s the Over/Under in wins for the Washington Redskins in the upcoming 2008-2009 NFL regular season? SBGglobal.com has the answer.

It was reported on ESPN that the Miami Dolphins have agreed to the terms of a deal that would send Taylor out of the Miami Dolphins to the Washington Redskins in exchange for a two draft picks (including a second rounder).

The betting odds ML that the Washington Redskins will win OVER 7½ games in the upcoming 2008-2009 NFL regular season are -125.

On the very first day of the Washington Redskins’ training camp, starting DE Phillip Daniels suffered an ACL injury during defensive drills.

It has been speculated that the injury might be season ending, and thus, the Redskins pulled the trigger and aggressively went after Jason Taylor. The betting odds ML that the Washington Redskins will win UNDER 7½ games in the upcoming 2008-2009 NFL regular season are -105.

Taylor, who thus far has spent more time in ABC’s hit reality-TV show “Dancing with the Stars” than in team related activities, had been feuding with the Bill Parcells and the Miami Dolphins organization about being shipped out to a championship-caliber team.

Taylor started every regular season game last season for Miami (16) who finished with an NFL-worse 1-15. The 2006 Defensive Player of the Year award recipient registered team-high 11 sacks last season.
