College Football Predictions Arizona Wildcats PAC 10 Conference 2008: Even though the Wildcats finished the 2007 campaign with a record of 5-7 (4-5), there’s a quite confidence about them, due to the way they finished the regular season. With QB Willie Tuitama running Arizona’s run-and-gun aerial attack, the Wildcats were able to put up some really crooked numbers against some notable PAC 10 teams.

Offensive coordinator Sonny Dykes finally got this team to understand and execute his system towards the late months of the season.

During that span, the Arizona Wildcats were able to put up 48 points on Washington, 34 points on the Bruins, and 34 on Oregon.

The 2008 season is looking very bright for the offense. Not only do they have a solid QB in Tuitama, but also most of his targets from last year will be making a return this season: TE Rob Gronkowski, HB Delashuan Dean, and WRs Mike Thomas and Terrell Turner.

In contrast to last year, this upcoming season the offense will be the key to Arizona’s success, rather than the defense. The biggest voids on the defensive end will be: DTs Yaniv Barnett Lionel Dotson, CBs Antoine Cason and Wilrey Fontenot, and two LBs.

The future does look bright for the Wildcats, as they might be making their first Bowl game in over a decade. This is of course barring any significant injuries.
