OJ Simpson Guilty of Robbery and Kidnapping? The Associated Press has informed that on Monday, a fourth co-defendant pleaded guilty in the O.J. Simpson armed robbery and kidnapping case. Charles Ehrlich has entered a guilty plea, and has agreed to testify against O.J. and another remaining co-defendant, in return for a reduced charge of “attempted accessory to robbery and attempted burglary.” Which player will have the most rushing yards in the upcoming 2008-2009 NFL Regular Season, Adrian Peterson or LaDainian Tomlinson?

Ehrlich is one of five men to accompanied Simpson to two Las Vegas memorabilia dealers casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada last September, where the confrontations occurred. OJ Simpson Guilty of Robbery and Kidnapping?

With his plea, the 54-year-old, Ehrlich from Miami, Florida, faces anywhere from probation to five years in prison. The San Diego Chargers RB, LaDainian Tomlinson's betting odds Money Line to have more rushing yards than the Minnesota Vikings RB in 2008-2009 NFL regular season is -125.

The only two who have not pleaded guilty in this case are Simpson and Clarence “C.J.” Stewart. They have pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, arm robbery and assault with a deadly weapon, which could possibly put them both away for life if convicted.

Simpson, is allegedly sticking to his story of trying to retrieve personal belongings and family “heirlooms”, and that no guns were ever involved in the incident. The Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson's betting odds (ML) to have more rushing yards than Tomlinson in the 2008-2009 NFL regular season is -105.

Michael McClinton, will be testifying (against Simpson and Stewart) in their September 8th trial that: in fact O.J. Simpson asked him to bring guns and to “look menacing” during the confrontation with the two memorabilia dealers.
