"I'm stress-free, no stress," Jenkins said Thursday during camp. "I haven't played in a season where I haven't had any stress since Year 2. Now that I'm back at this place, it feels good. It really does."
Although he missed 10 games last season, the former Panther has embraced New York and showed that he can adapt and make changes to his game. The 31-year-old has welcomed the coaching and many have taken notice, including Rex Ryan.
"He's willing to improve, regardless of age," Rex Ryan said. "That's what you're seeing. We're seeing a phenomenal Kris Jenkins…He's really become a better technique player, which is scary for the league." On Saturday, the former Panther is expected to play about one quarter.
