Temple Owls vs Army Black Knights College Football Predictions: The Temple Owls opens up its 110th collegiate season by traveling to Michie Stadium in West Point, NY, to take on the Army Black Knights in Friday’s season opener starting at 7:05 PM ET on ESPN Classic. At SBGglobal.com, the Temple Owls are -7 (-270) betting odds favorites to win the opener against the Army Black Knights +7 (+230).

On Friday’s opener, Army fans will get a chance to see coach Stan Brock’s option-based offense for the first time.

Third year Temple head coach, Al Golden, will count on a veteran defensive team, but will also have some decisions to make regarding who’s going to start. With 11 starters returning on defense, last year’s MAC No. 1 ranked defense, will be led by Mark D’Onofrio’s 4-3.
