Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson's Husband Hank Baskett Cut by Eagles: With the rib injury sustained by quarterback Donovan McNabb, the Philadelphia Eagles have decided to make some roster moves worthy of being in Reality TV. The latest headline-making move out in the “City of Brotherly Love” involves Playboy Playmate Kendra Wilkinson’s Husband Hank Baskett who was unexpectedly Cut by Eagles to make room for Michael Vick.

Earlier this week, it as announced that Philadelphia had signed 39-year-old free agent Jeff Garcia for his second go-round with the Eagles. Despite brining Garcia in and regardless of his familiarity with Andy Reid’s system and the Eagles’ offense, the 4-time Pro Bowler is NOT expected to start. "We're lucky Jeff was available," coach Andy Reid confirmed the reports. "He's someone who knows this offense and has been very successful in this offense. He can be a positive influence on Kevin Kolb," Reid added.

The latest news involve yet another Reality TV star dating a professional baller. But seriously, what is it with these entertainers dating and/or marrying NFL Football players? Is there an explanation for all this madness? Do they not learn from experience or perhaps they’re just masochists?

We all saw how the Jessica Simpson-Tony Romo saga ended out in “Big D”. Then, there’s the untidiness between San Diego Chargers’ linebacker Shawne Merriman and 27-year-old bi-sexual girlfriend Tila Nguyen, better known as Tila Tequila. In this West Side Story, which is more like an episode of "The Soup" Merriman claims that “Tequila” was drunk one night (what would you expect with a name like that?), took off her clothes, and attempted to leave the house, and all he did was stop her from driving under the influence. “I in no way caused any harm to Ms. Nguyen, however, paramedics were called and she was examined but no injuries were reported,” Merriman stated.

However, the star of the MTV Reality show “A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila” who claims she wasn’t drunk because she never gets drunk, -- "I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila 'Tequila' cuz the irony. I can't drink." -- called 911, signed a citizen’s arrest warrant accusing Merriman of and false imprisonment and battery (for chocking her), and even had the Paramedics come in to examine her. Reports indicate that the Medics determined that Tequila was just fine.

Not exactly a storybook ending, don’t you think? Luckily for Merriman, San Diego District Attorney has decided not to press criminal charges against him on the battery and false imprisonment charges. But the soup opera will likely continue, as Tequila’s people claim that she will file civil charges.

Now we got hank Baskett and the accusations that his public romance and consequently marriage with the Playboy Playmate might have had a Romo-like effect on him and that, that’s why he was dumped for a guy that was convicted and sent to prison for killing dogs and that hasn’t even played a football game in over 2 years.
