The Vikings played a decent game against the Saints in the season opener last Thursday but they ended up losing 14-9 without looking even close from last year's shape. Brett Favre threw for 171 yards one TD and one pick against one of the most uncomfortable defenses in the league. Favre didn't look bad but at times he seemed out of sync with his receiver, which is not a surprise considering he missed Sidney Rice and hasn't thrown to Greg Camarillo all that much.

The way to go for the Vikes should be passing the ball, especially considering the Dolphins defense was unable to get to Trent Edwards and let him put some good number up last weekend.
On offense the Dolphins will do their usual running-wildcat formation thing like they always do, however they are in front of a really good defensive line that doesn't give much spaces to take advantage of. QB Chad Henne needs to step up against the Vikings especially after looking kind of flat against the Bills only throwing for 182 yards without a pick or an interception. Henne needs to understand Brandon Mashall plays with him now, so he´ll better use him.
Keep in mind Miami is 9-1 ATS Away off SU win but 1-7 ATS in non-conference games. Meanwhile Minnesota is 9-4 ATS as a favorite of 3.5 to 9.5 points.
