Week 2 NFL Picks: After a week of locker room controversy and questionable behavior by NFL players and coaches on the New York Jets, commissioner Roger Goodell has been forced to take a closer look at what occurred. On Friday, Goodell ruled on what happened in the Jets’ training facility involving a hot, voluptuous reporter from TV Azteca named Ines Sainz.

After reviewing evidence, the NFL commissioner stated he found nothing to suggest that the female reporter was "bumped, touched, brushed against or otherwise subjected to any physical contact" by any member of the team or coaching staff. This week, the New York Jets [+3] will be trying to bounce back from a defeat on opening day as they host AFC East rivals and sports betting odds favorite New England Patriots [-3] at New Meadowlands Stadium.

In a letter to Jets owner Woody Johnson, Goddell said that while "there seems little doubt that passes were thrown in Sainz's direction at last Saturday's practice, it is also clear that she was never bumped, touched, brushed against or otherwise subjected to any physical contact by any player or coach.

"Sainz herself was unequivocal in saying both that no physical contact occurred, and that no player or other Jets staff member made any comment or gesture that could be construed as threatening, demeaning or offensive," the commissioner said.
