The Texans are coming off a big victory over the Manning-less Indianapolis Colts. With Peyton out for a prolonged period of time, this would seem like the best opportunity Houston has ever had to win a Division title. Last season’s leading rusher, Adrian Foster will be making his season debut today against the Dolphins’ defense.
Foster, who signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent, rushed for over 1600 yards and recorded 16 TDs last season. The Texans will be taking on a defense that’s coming off a terrible performance against New England. Miami surrendered over 600 yards to Tom Brady and the Pats. The Fins need to get it together on defense, especially considering this isn’t the most potent offense in the league by any stretch of the imagination.
"Some of their scores ended up looking like it was kind of easy," said Fins head Tony Sparano of the Pats ability to put points on the board. "Not the defensive performance we were hoping for. That's an understatement."
