Gunshots, Lawsuits in Tom Brady Gisele Bundchen Wedding Party: On Tuesday a $1 million lawsuit was filed against New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his new bride Gisele Bundchen for events that occurred during a post-wedding party. The suit was filed with the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, and was brought forth by two photographers claiming that they were shot at during a Tom Brady/Gisele Bundchen Wedding party in Costa Rica last April.
After a very disappointing loss, Tom Brady and the Patriots are back home to host a very dangerus Falcons team in the NFL Week 3. According to NFL Week 3 Betting Odds makers, the New England Patriots [-4] will enter this game as the sports betting odds favorites to defeat the visiting, undefeated Atlanta Falcons [+4] on Sunday afternoon.
According to the alleged victims, Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles, Bundchen bodyguards shot at their car after they refused to hand over their cameras and memory cards. Cortez and Aviles claim that the gunshots almost struck them in the head as they were driving away.
"The bullet narrowly missed striking the heads of Cortez and Aviles," the lawsuit said. Despite no one being hit by the flying bullets, the photographers claim in their suit to have suffered physical injuries and mental anguish.
Brady’s agent, Don Yee, declined comment on the matter stating that he would first need to see the court papers before saying anything. Bundchen’s people also stayed away from issuing any remarks on the matter. The OVER/UNDER for the Falcons-Patriots game has been set at a combined total of 44½ points scored.
According to the two men, they’re not paparazzi but they received authorization from Bundchen‘s neighbor and they "discreetly photographed" the party. Then, they claim they were approached by the bodyguards "in a menacing and threatening manner," demanding Cortez's camera and memory cards.
