NFL Week 4 Predictions on the Cincinnati Bengals vs Cleveland Browns Odds: An AFC North rivalry features the Cincinnati Bengals visiting Cleveland to take on the Browns this Sunday at 1 PM ET at Cleveland Browns Stadium, as the home team expects to get their first win of the season. The Bengals vs. Browns NFL Point Spread have the Bucs -3 at BETUS.com

Active ImageCleveland lost 24-17 against the Baltimore Ravens but showed a really good face on their game where they were really close to upsetting the Super Bowl contenders. The Browns are the 11th best rushing offense averaging 116.7 yards per game and against the Ravens they were even better when Shaun Hill ran for 144 yards and one score last week.

To me the Browns found a spark in their passing game when Seneca Wallace took the starting job as QB after the injury of Jake “Mistake” Delhomme. Wallace threw for 141 yards and one TD last week against a Baltimore defense that is suppose to be really good but didn´t show it last Sunday.

"We're getting closer all the time," Wallace said. "Remember, we've got a lot of new faces on this team, and we're working hard to get better. We will work our way out of this and get a win soon."

On the other hand the Bengals won 20-7 last week against Carolina Panthers their offense looked horrible for the third game in a row. I´m actually thinking Carson Palmer is going to be the bust of the 2010 season because so far he has throw three interceptions but the number should be higher, especially after the Panthers defense dropped several miss-thrown passes. "It wasn't one of his better games," offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski said of Palmer.

"I think he does a good job of directing us," coach Marvin Lewis said. "He's been a good leader. … It goes back to we've got to go from the meeting room to the practice field to out there on the game tape and see the same things and not leave our quarterback out there wondering, 'What's going on now?'"
