Lane Kiffin to Sue Al Davis and Oakland Raiders? The Davis-Kiffin feud came to an end last week when the aging owner held a news conference to announce the firing of his Oakland Raiders head coach. With the Silver and Black having an extra Bye week to prepare for their Week 6 opponent, the New Orleans Saints, this story will not go away that easily. Sources around the league, and various news outlets have began reporting that Lane Kiffin has began contemplating the possibility of filing a grievance against the Oakland Raiders and Al Davis for the remainder of his pay. Furthermore, Kiffin doesn't plan to stop there. In Week 6, the Oakland Raiders travel to the Big Easy to take on Reggie Bush and the New Orleans Saints. Tonight, the New Orleans Saints are -3½ NFL Online Sports Betting Odds favorites against the visiting Minnesota Vikings (+3½) on Monday Night Football on ESPN. FOXSports.com were the first to reveal that Kiffin is being advised about the possibility of “filing a multi-million-dollar defamation lawsuit against Davis. The suit would be the result of the Tuesday attack in which Davis lobbed several well-placed accusations about Kiffin, calling him a liar and blasting him for what he basically deemed insubordination.” The OVER/UNDER for tonight’s Monday Night Football game between the Minnesota Vikings at New Orleans Saints has been set at a combined total of 46½ points scored.
