Buffalo, despite its 3-1 record, received Bills vs Giants Odds 2011 NFL Picks Week 6home dog status last weekend in its matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Bills flipped the script on Philly, though, by scoring a 31-24 victory.

The wayward Eagles certainly aided Buffalo's advancement to 4-1 with a five turnover outing, essentially negating a 489 yard day against the Bills defense. Buffalo's offense took advantage of the Eagles' ball security issues, but their performance was an underwhelming one as they tallied a modest 331 total yards.

Ryan Fitzpatrick completed 21-of-27 passes for 193 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, but running back Fred Jackson carried the load offensively. Jackson gained 111 yards and 26 rushes and he also led the team with six receptions for 85 yards. Get $50 in Free NFL Picks Here.

The Giants did not take advantage of their opportunity to improve to 4-1, instead suffering one of the weekend's biggest upsets with a 36-25 home loss to the Seahawks. Seattle, a 10 point road dog at New York, spoiled the Giants late comeback bid with a 94 yard interception return for a touchdown. The pick, which marked New York's fifth turnover of the game, was taken off the hand of wide out Victor Cruz by cornerback Brandon Browner.

Despite all the giveaways, the Giants offense produced 464 total yards; however, only 69 of those came on the ground as Seattle limited New York to a 2.8 yards per carry average for the game.

The Giants defense, minus defensive end Justin Tuck, gave up 22 first downs and 424 yards to a Seattle team that ranks 29th in the NFL in yards per game.

This game could go either way with both defenses, frankly, struggling to contain their opposition. The 50.5 point total may seem a bit high, but it is difficult to envision a low scoring game between these two teams. Buffalo, which is averaging 32.8 points per game, has not scored fewer than 20 points this season and New York is averaging 28.3 points per game since totaling a season low 14 points in its opener.
