The Raiders pounded the ball all day long and kept hitting the Denver Broncos in their mouth to find their third win of the season with a 59-14 score last Sunday. Oakland actually ran for an incredible 328 yards against the Broncos, 165 yards of those came from Darren McFadden alone but he also recorded 4 touchdowns. On the other hand the Seahawks also had a nice victory as they beat the Arizona Cardinals 22-10 on Sunday. The defense was the main factor in the game forcing five turnovers from he Cards´ offense, four of them were fumbles.
Keep in mind Marshall Lynch is actually giving this Seattle team another dimension. He ran for 89 yards and despite not much, the defense will need to stay alert with a guy like that. He changes the way defenses approach the Seahawks now.
The key in this game will be to win the battle in the trenches as both teams actually do really well defending or stopping the run. For example the Raiders are the third best running team in the league and the Seahawks are the second best defending the run; whoever wins this battle will get the W on Sunday.
