Houston Texans vs Indianapolis Colts Week 8 NFL Monday Night Football Picks: The (4-2) Houston Texans [+5] will have to try their luck one more time against the (4-2) Indianapolis Colts [-5], but they wonder if this game will have the same outcome as Week 1. The Texans will now face Peyton Manning and the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium for Monday night football starting at 8:30 PM ET.
Houston is searching for their first win in nine games at Indianapolis. Game 1 improved the Texans record over the Colts to 2-15, after Houston defeated Indianapolis 34-24 with the help of Arian Foster on the ground. Foster 
had career highs in carries with 33, and 231 yards rushing. He also had three touchdowns in the second half of the game. But even Foster knows that this time around things will be different.
“We know what kind of game plan we have to put together,” Foster said. “But the execution is going to be different, because the atmosphere of the game is going to be different. It’s a whole different animal.”
The last two times the Texans were in Indianapolis they led in the second halves, which can give them some confidence. The Texans along with the Colts are coming off bye week, but the Colts had a tough week with many injuries and absent players. Manning will be without the help of Pro Bowl tight end Dallas Clark, whom is out with a wrist injury, and receiver Austin Collie, who injured his right thumb.
Blair White, rookie receiver, will take over for Collie while Jacob Tamme will step in for Clark. Some others that are still debatable are running back Joseph Addai as well as his backup Donald Brown, due to a hamstring injury.
“As a group, I think we will all be working together to fill that void,” Tamme said. “Whatever position we get put in, we will go out there and do our best.”
On the bright side for the Colts, they will be playing a Texans defense that is last in the NFL rankings, as they are allowing 410.5 yards per game.
