NFL Week 9 Predictions & Odds: If I had the option of choosing just one game to bet on this week, the one game that I see as the surest wager, which one would it be? Using the NFL Week 9 Predictions & Odds posted by SportsBook.com, I can see that the (4-3) Green Bay Packers [-9½] will be at Raymond James Stadium this weekend to take on the winless, sports betting odds underdog (0-7) Tampa Bay Buccaneers [+9½]. That’s the game I would gamble on! 
Of course I favor the cheese-heads in this one, but my first concern is the health status of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (sprained toe) and wide receiver Donald Driver (neck injury). After gathering information on their current status, I see that they both practiced with the team on Friday and thus, both have been listed as probable for Sunday’s game against the Bucs.
According to Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy, Rodgers practiced without any limitations in his mobility, so that’s good enough for me. As far as one of his favorite targets, the Packers indicated that Driver had a good practice after receiving some treatment. That also sounds good to me.
But the most revealing reasons why I would take a chance on the Packers to beat the Buccaneers by 10 points or more on Sunday are: 1. Coming off a huge loss to Brett Favre and the Vikings, Rodgers will certainly have a bounce back game, and 2. Statistics tell a very compelling story here.
