NFL Week 11 Picks & Betting Lines: As I do every single week, I will be taking a look at inter-conference games going on this NFL Week 11 and depicting those that I believe have the best chances of ending in upsets and/or unfulfilled NFL Week 11 Picks & Betting Lines.
