NFL Picks: Chicago Bears vs Baltimore Ravens NFL Betting Odds Week 15: After routing the NFC North Lions last week, the (7-6) Baltimore Ravens [-11] will try to repeat this feat, as the sports betting odds underdog (5-8) Chicago Bears [+11] come to town. This game was originally scheduled to kickoff at 1 PM ET.

However, due to incrementing weather conditions on the Northeast, the Bears and the Ravens will instead get things underway at 4:20 PM ET (1:20 PM PT) from a freezing M&T Bank Stadium on FOX. According to NFL Betting Odds makers at SPORTSBOOK.com, the OVER/UNDER for this interconference game is set at a combined total of 39 points scored.

For the visitors, this will be the third straight year that the Bears miss the postseason since losing to the Indianapolis Colts in the 2007 Super Bowl (XLI). This week, injured wide receiver Devin Hester, who leads the team with 54 grabs for 682 yards, expressed his optimism about this team going forward.

"There will be a lot of changes, I know that for a fact, and I hope it's for the better. … Everybody sees it," Hester said. "There are going to be a lot of new players in probably, and some other things change around here."

Hester might miss today’s game due to a injured calf. He’s currently listed as doubtful. "When you are 5-8, guys are frustrated, like we all are," Bears coach Lovie Smith said. "We all need to just focus on Baltimore."

For the hosting Ravens, their schedule couldn’t have been set up any better. Still within playoff contention, Baltimore took on one of the worst teams in the league last week in the Lions, and it will do the same this Sunday at home.

The Ravens are coming off one of their best game of the season last week versus Detroit. Running back Ray Rice led the way with a record-setting day, rushing for 166 yards (13 carries) and getting into the end zone four times.

The team finished with 548 total yards of offense. "We know what we have to do," Willis McGahee said. "We know we have to win the rest of our games, regardless of what happens."

The Ravens will finish their season on the road against a struggling Pittsburgh team and at Oakland. "If we don't take of business against the Chicago Bears, first and foremost … it's not going to matter what happens in those other games," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said.
