The wayward Redskins will head to Jacksonville, Florida this weekend to face a Jaguars team still fighting for the AFC South title. Sunday's NFC/AFC clash is scheduled to get underway at 1:00pm ET at EverBank Field; it will be broadcast live on FOX. Washington Head Coach Mike Shanahan 
elected to bench Donovan McNabb before last week's game against Dallas, handing the reins to journeyman quarterback Rex Grossman. For all the controversy, the move almost paid off with a win as the Redskins scored a season high 30 points.
Grossman led Washington to 23 first downs and 341 total yards after throwing for 322 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions. Despite his solid showing, the 'Skins lost for the fourth week in a row to fall to 5-9 overall.
Washington is unlikely to snap its skid this week either; the Redskins have lost three of their last four road games by an average of 13 points per game.
Jacksonville's playoff hopes took a hit last week as it relinquished its division lead with a 34-24 loss at Indianapolis. The disheartening setback, just the Jaguars second in their last seven games, put the team in the position of needing help in order to secure a postseason berth.
To win the AFC South, which is the only way Jacksonville can make the playoffs, it must win its final two games (Washington, at Houston) and have the Colts, at worst, split their final two outings (at Oakland, Tennessee).
Making matters worse for the Jags is the fact that Maurice Jones-Drew is listed as doubtful for this weekend's game with a knee injury. Jack Del Rio's squad may be able to overcome the Redskins without its star running back in the backfield, but the season finale at Houston could be far more daunting if Jones-Drew is out of the lineup.
