Purdue Boilermakers vs Central Michigan Chippewas is a classic small school vs big school bowl that is a rematch from when these teams met on August 15th. The Motor City Bowl is in Central Michigan’s home state so their small fan base should give them some home-field advantage. In the first meeting Purdue (5-5-1 ATS) manhandled the small time MAC division school with a 45-22 smack down at home. Some of Purdue’s players have been griping about being in the small Motor City Bowl and the Chippewas are more than psyched just to be playing in a bowl game so the desire advantage has to tilt in Central Michigan’s favor. Despite the Chippewas enthusiasim they are an athletic disadvantage. Can Central Michigan overcome their physical shortcomings and outgut the Boilermakers to get their sweet revenge?
