Cincinnati vs Marshall College Football Predictions Week 6: The Bearcats (3-1) have a 2 game winning streak coming into this game off two wins to Miami (Ohio) 45-20 and last week beat Akron 17-15.  The Bearcats drove 42 yards in nine plays to set up Rogers' 48-yard field goal to win the game last week.  QB Tony Pike was 23/34, 320 yards and 2 TD's.  Pike for the season has 6 TD's and 1 INT.  The sports odds posted by the oddsmakers at Bookmaker.com currently list Cincinnati -3 point favorites to Marshall heading into this matchup.

The Thundering Herd (3-2) lost to West Virginia last week 27-3 on the road. They were limited to 158 yards on offense, including 39 yards on the ground.  QB Mark Cann  was 15/36, 119 yards and 1 INT.

Cincinnati vs Marshall College Football PredictionsMarshall with 15 starters returning have not produced on the road - but against teams like Wisconsin with the 2nd best home win streak in the nation and state rival WVU.  They will want to make a statement at home.

"It was a bad day to make a bunch of mistakes," Herd head coach Mark Snyder told the Charleston Gazette. "Got to credit West Virginia. They had their backs against a wall and came out and played like they're capable of playing, while we made a whole bunch of mistakes. That's not a good combination."

College Football Predictions Week 6: Total yards per game Cincinnati 436.8 / 28th, and Marshall 345.4 / 86th.  This is a revenge game, and after a much stronger Cincinnati team blew them off last year 40-14 could it be pay back?  Under is 7-0-1 in Bearcats last 8 games in October. The sports odds posted by the oddsmakers at Bookmaker.com currently list OVER/UNDER in this Cincinnati vs Marshall game is set at 52 points.

Oklahoma vs Baylor College Football Predictions PDF Print E-mail

Oklahoma vs Baylor College Football Predictions Week 6: After Florida, Georgia and USC went down last week to the Sooners (4-0) now ranked #1 in the AP Poll.  They got a home victory over ranked TCU, 35-10 last week.  QB Sam Bradford was 19/34, 411 yards and 4 TD's.  I don't think being #1 to early either is the right thing for this team, but it is what it is, I don't think anyone will have an answer for their offense, improve the kicking game and no turnovers and they will be tough to beat. The sports odds posted by the oddsmakers at BetUS.com currently list Oklahoma -27 favorites to Baylor heading into this matchup.

After last weeks game: "Absolutely nothing," Bradford said.

Oklahoma vs Baylor College Football Predictions"We've still got a long way to go before we even think about where we're ranked in the polls.  Right now, they pretty much don't mean anything."  "It's a good thing, definitely a good thing, but we won't look at it," said cornerback Brian Jackson, who had his first interception of the season among the Sooners' four takeaways. "The rankings don't mean anything until the end of the season."

The Bears now (2-2) were on a 2 game winning streak until last week when they lost to Connecticut 31-28.  QB Robert Griffin was 14/25, 208 yards and 3 TD's.  There were six lead changes, the final one when Brown took a toss and ran 3 yards for a touchdown with just over 6 minutes remaining.  Baylor's QB is very fast and mobile and should prepare OU's D-line for Colt McCoy.  Baylor has given OU fits in the past. Remember the double OT a few years ago in Norman?  The online sports betting odds at BetUS.com has the OVER/UNDER Oklahoma vs Baylor game is set at 62 points.

College Football Predictions: Two years ago the Sooners came here on the road and won 36-10.  Last year they took this game 52-21 at home.  I think Baylor has put good team together this year, and Robert Griffin starting over Kirby freeman says a lot of a true freshman, this kid can run guys. The question is will the Sooners run it up and make Baylor Bears look like a stuffed teddy?

BYU vs Utah State College Football Odds PDF Print E-mail

Brigham Young vs Utah State College Football Odds Week 6: The Cougars (4-0) are off back to back shut out wins.  Three weeks ago they beat UCLA 59-0 and two weeks ago the took down Wyoming 44-0.  They look to make it 3 straight games shutting out their opponent and they are off a bye week.  BYU has been playing great. They will continue to play near perfectly under Bronco. The sports odds posted by the oddsmakers at LooseLines.com currently list BYU -28 point favorites to Utah State heading into this matchup.

On the season QB Max Hall is 107 out of 144, 1283 yards, 74.3 Comp%, 15,TdD's and 2INT's.  He could have had more yards and touchdowns but he has been pulled in the 3rd quarter of games as they have been out of reach.

BYU vs Utah State College Football OddsThey have one of the better offenses in the Nation, and their defense has been stifling.  Even if the offenses they've played haven't been all that impressive (UCLA has a whole lot of athletic talent by the way) it is extremely tough to shut any team out, especially two in a row.

"If they keep playing like that, with the aggressiveness and the hard hitting and the passion that they're playing with right now, good luck to the other teams' offenses," said Max Hall, who threw for three touchdowns before getting to rest in the fourth quarter for the second straight week.

The Aggies (1-3) did get a win in their last game against Idaho 42-17. The Aggies (1-3, 1-0 Western Athletic Conference) scored three times in the fourth quarter, first on a fumble recovery in the end zone by defensive end Ben Calderwood with 12 minutes remaining in the game.  USU gained 580 yards of offense in the game, 280 in the first half while holding Idaho to 271 total yards.  If BYU shows up to play they will wipe the floor with Utah St. The sports odds posted by the oddsmakers at LooseLines.com currently list OVER/UNDER in this BYU vs Utah State game is set at 59.5 points.

College Football Odds Week 6: BYU might want to be a little careful.  We keep shutting out all of our opponents and we'll find that our back up quarterbacks have more game experience than he does.  Utah St. has lost big to worse ranked teams already.  Utah St. has given up 168 points in 4 games. The shutouts have been good and the Y's defense has been better than expected thus far but I will withhold judgment until I see them play a decent offense.
