2012 World Series Odds: The 2011 Major League Baseball World Series will forever be regarded a classic after 2011 National League pennant winners St. Louis Cardinals defeated American League champs Texas Rangers in seven games to win an unlikely World Championship. What will always be remembered as the "Cardinal Miracle" continued into the playoffs, taking 3-of-5 from futures favorites (2/1) Philadelphia Phillies in the NLDS, and taking six games to upset NL Central regular season champs Milwaukee Brewers in the NLCS.
