Auburn vs Florida 2010 SEC Conference Tournament Picks, Odds & Predictions: Coming in on a three-game losing streak, the Florida Gators [-5½] will take on the sports betting odds underdog Auburn Tigers [+5½] tonight. This Southeastern Conference Tournament Picks, Odds & Predictions game tips off at 7:30 PM ET (6:30 PM CT) live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN.
According to 2010 SEC Conference Tournament Picks, Odds & Predictions specialists at BETUS.com, Auburn and Florida are projected to combine and score a grand total of 148½ points in the OVER/UNDER. Despite limping their way into the conference tourney, the Gators do have to feel good about a 74-66 loss at third ranked Kentucky last Sunday.
This first round contest will be a rematch from February 18th when Florida defeated Auburn 78-70. “We’ll be hungry, confident,” said Gators forward Chandler Parsons. “It will be another great opportunity to get to where we want to get to.”
With a win, the Gators would move to the second round to face another team they beat this season, Mississippi State. Florida was victorious 69-62 during the regular season. If this team can help itself in these two round, they can perhaps sneak into the NCAA Tournament for the first time after a 2-year hiatus.
“Overall, I thought our guys competed pretty hard and played pretty well,” Florida coach Billy Donovan said. “They really tried to do the things they needed to do to put themselves in a position to win.”
