2010 NCAA Bracket Predictions

2010 NCAA Bracket Predictions: As one can observe from looking at all the 2010 NCAA Bracket Predictions, the top seeds in each region are expected to be among the sports betting odds favorites to become the 2010 National Champions. In case you live under a rock, those four regional leaders are: Kansas [2/1], Kentucky [7/2], Syracuse [6/1] and Duke [7/1]. But many experts believe that of those four teams, one will have the toughest road to the Final Four, and that’s the Kentucky Wildcats.

After winning the Southeastern Conference regular season title and SEC tourney championship, the Wildcats will have to contend with teams like West Virginia, Wake Forest, Texas, and others stacked up in the East Region. “Our little corner of the world is hard,” Kentucky head coach John Calipari said.

“It was kind of shocking to see them that close up in our bracket, but we’re not going to complain about it,” said Wildcats’ freshman top-scorer, John Wall. “We can’t look that far down the road. We’ve got to worry about that first game.”

But not only is KU’s region a tough one, but fatigue might become an issue after this team battled for three grueling days in the SEC tourney. “We’ve just got to try to get our bodies in shape, get proper rest and eat right,” said Kentucky’s other freshman Eric Bledsoe said. “Everybody’s body gets bruised. We’ve been playing hard the last few days. We’re just going to try to keep it going.”
