"Just like I said about 'The Reader', I feel the same about 'Frost/Nixon; the movie is a good vehicle for Best Actor. Frank Langella was tremendous as Nixon." said entertainment and sports gambling handicapper Reno Gold." I really think he Langella has a good chance of getting the award but the movie isn't going to win Best Picture."
Frost/Nixon re-creates the on air interview of disgraced former President Richard M. Nixon by British television personality David Frost. The film, directed by Ron Howard brings to the screen this electrifying battle between Nixon, trying to save his legacy, and Frost, a TV personality trying to make a name for himself. Reprising their roles from Morgan's stageplay are Frank Langella, who won a Tony for his portrayal of Nixon, and Michael Sheen, who fully inhabited the part of Frost onstage in London and New York.
