Bret Michaels (+200 odds) started out his career in the 80’s as a sex crazed, make-up wearing vocalist for the glam metal band Poison where they released a multi-platinum album “Open Up and Say…Ahh”. After the break-up of the band, Michaels went on to record his first solo album in 1998, “A Letter from Death Row”, in which was the soundtrack and title of a movie he directed, wrote, and starred in. He later released another solo album in 2003 “Song of Life”, then a country rock album in 2005 “Freedom of Sound” and most recent album “Rock My World” in 2008 that featured music from his reality TV series.
Along with his music career, Bret Michaels has added judge in 2005 to his resume with “Nashville Star” and then reality TV star with his hit VH1 show “Rock of Love”, “Rock of Love 2” and “Rock of Love Bus”. Surprisingly, he had also entered into a film production venture with actor Charlie Sheen with Sheen/Michaels Entertainment, which produced Michael’s film.
With controversy of a sex tape with Pamela Anderson, this father of two I’m sure hopes to one day settle down as his personal life hasn’t really panned out. You never know though, Celebrity Apprentice could bring a few bachelorettes along the way.
