Dancing With The Stars Season 10 Week 2 Odds: Tonight millions will be watching Week 2 of Dancing with the Stars to see who has shaken off their nervous jitters and is ready to show America their dancing abilities. Last week the judges went easy on the celebrities but I’m curious to see if they’ll be so nice tonight. Go to BODOG.com to get all of the current odds on all of your favorite Dancing with the Stars celebrities.
The clear favorite so far with the judges (and my favorite) seems to be Pussycat Doll, Nicole Shcerzinger (3 to 2 odds) who danced the Viennese Waltz with partner Derek Hough and scored a total of 25 points. “Great performance of startling finesse,” stated judge Bruno Tonioli. We’ll have to see if they can wow the judges again as well as America tonight.
Another that shined last week was Olympic skating gold medalist and 2 to 1 odds favorite, Evan Lysacek who danced the Viennese Waltz with Anna Trebunskaya earning them 23 points total. Even though his has skated with grace on the ice, he has admitted that dancing is a lot harder than it looks and has been warned by the judges to work on his footwork. But overall the judges gave him good feedback with Carrie Ann stating, “You are good. Those lines are just gorgeous. However, you have to point your toe.”
The two that scored the lowest points with the judges were Buzz Aldrin (100 to 1 odds) and Aiden Turner, which I can’t understand. Well okay, I can understand the possibility of Buzz Aldrin going home after his Cha Cha Cha with Ashly Costa that only got them 14 points total. Even though he looks great for someone in his 80’s, I just don’t think he has what it takes to win this competition. However, I do applaud him for getting out there as he looked like he was having a blast.
I think the judges were having combined brain farts when Aiden Turner (30 to 1 odds) danced the Cha Cha Cha with Edyta Siliwinska giving them only 15 points total. There was far worse dancing going on by Kate Gosselin (30 to 1 odds) and Shannon Doherty (20 to 1 odds) but then again I’m not a dancing judge. With that said, if I were judging, I’d keep this hunk around as long as I could.
The celebrities will have another chance tonight in a live 2-hour episode at 8 PM EST on ABC to show what they have on the dance floor. Make sure to check out BODOG.com to get of your Dancing with the Stars favorites:
