Known for being very photogenic, 12 to 1 odds favorite Jessca Cathleen Hellwinkel is really a tomboy at heart. She’s happiest when she’s at her family’s cattle ranch where she was raised. Adding to her tomboy persona, she enjoys motor cross, snowboarding, and wake boarding. She believes that anyone can achieve their goals in life through dedication to one’s self.
Jessca states,“Inner beauty is what really shines through, is what my grandma told my mom, what my mom told me, what I tell my sister, and what I want every young girl to know.”
Miss Idaho Jessca Cathleen Hellwinkel is attending her second year at the Boise State University majoring in Business Marketing and is very dedicated to her studies with her ultimate goal is to finish her Bachelors degree to then continue her studies in Fashion Marketing. Along with school, Jessca is currently working as a Sales Receptionist for Larry Miller Honda who is one of her strongest supporters.
