Dancing With The Stars 2010 Couples Receive Mixed Reviews From Judges: It’s getting down to the wire for the remaining three couples in the 10th season of Dancing with the Stars. Get all of your current Dancing with the Stars odds at BODOG.com.
The couples had to learn another two dances in the finale week of Dancing with the Stars and all did great but received mixed reviews from the judges. The first set of performances was the Redemption Dance in which was a judges’ choice of dance and the second set were up to the couples for the freestyle. Erin Andrews started out the night with the judges choosing the Samba for her and partner Maxsim Chmerkovskly. This girl seems to always get close to that perfect score but just loses shy of getting it and received a total of 29 points from the judges. Len stating, “You’ve made an improvement since you last danced the Samba. Fantastic!” In Erin’s second performance with Maxsim, they performed a passionate slow dance for their freestyle. This time she received a total of 26 with Len stating, “You took an enormous risk. I liked it but didn’t love it”. The couple ended the night with a total of 55 points.
Evan Lysacek has been a favorite all season on Dancing with the Stars and he’s been showing why with 2 perfect scores from the judges. However, he just couldn’t add that third one with partner Anna Trebunskaya doing a judges’ choice of the Viennese Waltz and their freestyle ending the night with a total of 52 points from the judges. Carrie Ann stating of the Waltz, “It was a beautiful, emotional, and enchanting dream.” And Len stating of their freestyle, “It was certainly something I didn’t want to see.”
Nicole Scherzinger and partner Derek Hough totaled the of the night in a tie with Erin Andrews of 56 points from the judges. Judges choice for the couple was the Rumba and brought in good numbers as well with their freestyle. Bruno stated of the Rumba, “This was superb!” And Carrie Ann stating of their freestyle, “That’s the freestyle that we’ve been waiting for.”
