Dancing With The Stars Nicole Scherzinger Wins The Mirror Ball Trophy: What a great night it was for the finale of Dancing with the Stars!
The finale of Dancing with the Stars was nothing but great. I don’t even know where to begin. Tonight brought 
back all the celebrities to dance the night away but without the pressure of being scored. Shannon Doherty, Aiden Turner, and Buzz Aldrin were the first to get back on the Dancing with the Stars stage since their elimination. Former Bachelor star Jake Pavelka performed with his former partner Chelsie Hightower but ended his dance with fiancé Vienna Girardi. I wish I could say that Kate Gosselin improved in her Paso Doble but showed no improvement when she performed the dance again. The last of the eliminated contestants to perform were a sexy Pamela Anderson and Niecy Nash. Adding to the entertainment was the finale of the College Dance Off in which Utah Valley University beat out Purdue with their Samba.
The remaining three couples had to choose a dance to perform and they all seemed to have chosen the Argentine Tango to grasp on to the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place spot for that round. Nicole Scherzinger and partner Derek Hough earned the 1st place finish, Evan Lysacek and partner Anna Trebunskaya the 2nd, and Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskly 3rd. It was also when Erin and Maks were eliminated for bringing in the lowest scores.
It was left up to the remaining two to perform their “Knockout Dance” to get the final scores from the judges. Nicole and Derek performed the Jive and Evan and Anna performed the Quickstep. In the end it was Nicole and partner Derek taking home the Mirror Ball Trophy.
