The young Colombian is 5’11”, with brown hair and black eyes. Taliana is the youngest woman in Colombia’s history to be crowned Miss Colombia.

Taliana Vargas was born and raised in Santa Marta, one of the main tourist spots in Colombia, at the coast of the Caribbean Sea.

Taliana currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her mother and Greek stepfather as well as her five brothers and sisters.
 
Taliana studies Social Communication and Languages in the Northern Virginia Community College in Alexandria, Virginia.

But her goals do not stop there, “By studying towards a PhD in Communications for development, I hope I can help improve the lives of people worldwide.”

Taliana loves Latin music and dance, and speaks four languages. “It is common to hear English, Spanish, Italian, and Greek spoken in the same conversation in my home, ” shared Taliana in a recent interview with the Miss Universe Corporation.
