So the English Premier League is considering playing some games outside England and in major cities across the world. Is this purely a greedy scheme to make wealthy Premiership chairmen even wealthier? Or is it a genuine attempt at giving millions of fans who live thousands of miles away in foreign lands a chance to see their heroes?
