In a fight that was favored for the winner anyways, Marcus Aurelio took home a victory over replacement, Ryan Roberts as reported by Sports-Odds.com. He was put to sleep by a superman punch by James Irving in the same evening. That :8 second knockout tied Don Fryes record for the quickest.

His stable mate also from American Top Team, Thiago Alves also won his fight on Wednesday. None of the sports betting sites had him as a favorite over Karo. His management and the contact at Sobe Knockouts also made it clear before the fight they had trained with an Olympic Judo master to combat any skill Karo could pull out.

Sports-Odds.com also reported that the main danger that karo himself recognized came from the legs of Thiago Alves. The legs would end the fight as well. It was not the dangeros leg kicks, but rather a knee that would end the night in the second round. "The Heat" would protest the stopage, but the underdog won and will keep the "w" in the records for a great victory.
