With two UFC world championship titles on the line, UFC 100 has plenty of testosterone, drama and adrenaline, but more so, big money making opportunities for those interested in enhancing their UFC 100 experience to new and unprecedented levels. The only thing I can say is, just be very careful before putting any monies based on unsupported UFC 100 Odds, Picks & UFC 100 Predictions, thus, it’ll be for all the wrong seasons.
A wise man once told me, ‘always point bettors in the right direction’ and I listened. So, without further ado, let’s begin with the basics; here are the current UFC 100 Odds, starting with the main event:
Today, right now, SBGglobal.com has the best deal if you want to bet on Brock Lesnar [-220 ML] in his UFC 100 heavyweight championship fight against underdog Frank Mir [+170 ML]. Once again, if you like Brock Lesnar in this fight, you’re not going to find it cheaper than SBGglobal.com… guaranteed, I did the work for you!
After having opening UFC 100 sports betting odds of -215 ML, all the betting action has moved in favor of the big man, Brock Lesnar [-220 ML], and sportsbooks have taken notice, raising their UFC 100 odds to -230, and even -250 ML.
At -220 ML, Lesnar is the best deal, and in my humble opinion, the winning UFC 100 Picks! His size, athleticism, strength and recently polished versatility is like nothing we have ever seen in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
I read somewhere that (allegedly) Frank Mir’s gameplan for this UFC 100 fight is to stand toe-to-toe with Lesnar and I thought to myself, that’s the most ridiculous thing he could ever do! And you know what, it is!
Nevertheless, that might be his only chance to beat a guy of the size and strength of Brock Lesnar. Furthermore, Mir has indeed shown vast improvement in his handspeed, punching power and in his overall standup game, we saw it against Noguiera (although I don't know how much credit he deserves for beating an ill person who was supposed to in a hospital rather than in an Octagon).
Furthermore he stands a better chance on his feet than taking the fight to the ground where he would become another Heath Herring, again because of the size disadvantage against an overpowering wrestler. Mir should simply wait for his opponent to make a mistake and capitalize when the opportunity presents itself, afterall he is still rather green. The longer the fight goes the more Mir should have the advantage in the later rounds, but I seriously doubt it’ll go the distance.
I also like Lesnar in this fight because although he comes in as the UFC champ, I feel he has a chip on his shoulder and more to prove than his opponent. Based on the knowledge he has gained in his short time in the UFC, I can tell you that Lesnar not only gets it, but has soaked it all in, evidence by the fact that he has improved every time he has stepped inside the Octagon.
Finally, human beings, as a whole, always learn more from defeat than victory, and Lesnar is no different. Hence, the lessons that he learned from his loss to Mir (i.e. the importance of gameplan execution and especially patience) couldn’t have been a better learning occurrence and preparation stepping-stone, if you will, to be the winner of this UFC 100 fight!
