“My first thought was of course, concern for him and his well-being and his safety,” Fitch explained what he felt when he was told their UFC 111 match had to be postponed. “Then you know, kind of desperation for myself. That was the biggest fight for me. If I’d win… if I’d stopped him at that point there’s a good chance that I would have been filming the Ultimate Fighter.”
