The underdog Kimbo and the favorite Alexander have agreed to meet at a catchweight of 215 pounds, as part of the TUF 10 Finale Odds main event from The Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada. It all happens this Saturday night, beginning at 9 PM ET (6 PM PT) live and free of charge on SPIKE-TV. 
For 35-year-old Kimbo, he really doesn’t have much to complain about, as he’s getting more opportunities than he deserves in the UFC Odds. After getting completely owned by Roy “Big Country” Nelson and going on to insist and insist, time and time again throughout the whole show that he wanted to fight, he then goes on to turn down the opportunity (he had been begging for) because he’s afraid of needles. That to me me, is completely unacceptable. Yet, he will be fighting in the finale.
But even fighting in the TUF 10 Finale Odds is being made as comfortable as possible for him to succeed in the UFC. Matching him up with another guy with zero ground game so they can stand and bang is entertaining, no question.
“I’m not mad at Kimbo," the 37-year-old Alexander stated who comes in on a 3-fight losing streak. “Everybody’s upset about this guy because they think he’s this made-up warrior. The guy said it himself that he’s got a long way to go to become an MMA fighter, and it’s the same thing with me. I have the same street background and it took me a while to become an MMA fighter, but I think I’ve grown into one. It’s gonna take him a while to become an MMA fighter, but once he gets it, I think he’ll be a force to be reckoned with.”
But does it really prove that he belongs in the UFC? Apparently UFC Odds makers still don’t think so, as he’ll enter this fight as a pretty significant underdog. According to Slice, “Houston, you're gonna have a problem”.
