Masters Odds 2010: The circus is officially underway at Augusta National in Augusta, Georgia, which is the sight for the Masters Odds 2010 and the return of disgraced world No.1 golfer, Tiger Woods. After admitting that he didn’t know what to expect from the thousands that are sure to follow him through his practice rounds all the way into the weekend, Tiger Woods was very surprised and “touched” by the reception he received despite his many affairs and indiscretions.
Preparing to play in his first tournament since winning the Australian Open last November, Tiger Woods’ first
interaction with golf fans since the scandal, went better than he could have possibly hoped, and so did his press conference. According to Masters Odds 2010 experts at SPORTSBETTING.com have listed Tiger Woods [4/1] as the sports betting odds favorite to win his 15th major championship event, followed closely by Ernie Els [11/1] and Phil Mickelson [11/1].
On Monday, Tiger Woods played 18 holes with Fred Couples at Augusta National and followed his round by holding a press conference that aired from around 2 to about 2:30 PM ET. Tiger Woods answered questions from the media, but he started off by explaining what it was like when he came to that first tee, which was nerve-racking even in a practice round became of the crowds.
“Coming into today I didn’t know what to expect with regards to the reception,” Woods said in Monday’s conference. “I tell you what the galleries couldn’t have been nicer. The encouragement, it blew me away. The people here over the years are extremely respectful but today was something that touched my heart pretty good.”
