Sports-Odds.com is officially announcing that the current opening betting lines have been released by the odds makers for every game on the 2013 NFL Schedule Week 4. The NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football game pits two NFC West rivals against each other when the St. Louis Rams (1-2) host the San Francisco 49ers (1-2) at 8:25 PM EST. This game is a must win for each squad as they both look to get to .500 on the season and try not to fall too behind the divisional power Seahawks. The Rams got spanked last week 31-7 by the Cowboys in Dallas. The 49ers got blown out 27-7 at home against the Colts in a pathetic performance. Sam Bradford and Colin Kaepernick both need to step up after such bad showings. The current betting odds show the 49ers -3 point road favorites against the Rams with the Total set at 42.5 points.
There are 8 early games on the 2013 NFL Schedule Week 4 that will be played on Sunday September 29th at 1 PM EST. The big game everyone wants to watch is a potential early season Super Bowl match –up between the Seattle Seahawks (3-0) and the Houston Texans (2-1) in Reliant Stadium. After a dismal performance in their 30-9 loss last week against the Ravens, quarterback Matt Schaub is going to have to put up big numbers against a tough run stopping defense when the Seahawks come to town. Seattle is riding high on a undefeated record coming off a huge 29-3 victory in Week 2 over arch-rival San Francisco and a blow out 45-17 win last week the Jaguars. The NFL betting odds makers have the Seahakws -3 point road favorites against the Texans with the Total set at 43.5 points.

There are 4 late afternoon games on the 2013 NFL Schedule Week 4. The biggest marquee match-up will be when the New York Jets (2-1) head south to take on the Tennessee Titans (2-1) in LP Field at 4:05 PM EST. The Titans need a 10 point fourth quarter surge to beat the Chargers last week in a game that saw quarterback Jay Locker throw for 299 yards and 1 touchdown. Geno Smith led the Jets to a 27-20 victory last week over AFC division rival Buffalo Bills in a game that saw the rookie quarterback put up 331 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Smith is still getting a feel for the game and will be tested once again this week. The NFL odds makers have the Titans -5 point home favorites against the Jets with the Total set at 38.5 points.
The NBC Sunday Night Football game should be a shootout when the undefeated New England Patriots (3-0) take on the Atlanta Falcons (1-2) in the Georgia Dome at 8:30 PM EST. It is pretty clear that this Patriots squad does not have the same invincible aura that past teams have had out of New England but regardless, Tom Brady has lead them to an undefeated record heading into this game. The Falcons have mostly been a huge disappointment thus far, dropping the season opener to NFC South rival New Orleans and last week losing to a resurging Dolphins squad 27-23 in Miami. Atlanta running back Stephen Jackson could have a big game against the weak Patriots run defense but we expect Brady & Company to keep it close as do the lines makers. The odds makers currently have the Patriots -1 point road favorites against the Falcons with the Total set at 49 points.
The ESPN Monday Night Football game features two teams that are heading in the right direction after pathetic 2012 campaigns when the undefeated Miami Dolphins (3-0) head to the Big Easy to take on the undefeated New Orleans Saints (3-0) in the Mercedes Benz Superdome at 8:40 PM EST. Quarterback Drew Brees has lead the Saints offense to some high scoring games including the 23-17 win against NFC South division rival Atlanta Falcons. The Dolphins have stolen some shine away from the World Champion Miami Heat down on South Beach with this unexpected 3-0 start to the season. The Fins will be playing a quality opponent this week so we really get to see if quarterback Ryan Tannehill is ready to take the team to the next level. The current NFL betting odds show the Saints -5.5 points against the Dolphins with the Total set at 47 points.
