2016 NFL Schedule Week 10 & Betting Odds

The 2016 NFL Schedule Week 10 is a critical one for a number of teams as the Wild Card race in both conferences is more beyond convoluted. Looking to put themselves in better postseason position are clubs like the Steelers, Chargers, Dolphins, Eagles, Redskins, Packers and Saints.  The latest NFL betting odds from Bovada.lv anticipate Pittsburgh, Washington, San Diego and Green Bay to do just that.

It should not be easy for any of those teams, though. The Steelers welcome the 7-1 Cowboys to Heinz Field, the Redskins play host to the 5-3 Vikings, the Chargers face the surging Dolphins in Southern California and the Packers are in Nashville to square off against a Titans squad that can be dangerous.

Nonetheless, Pittsburgh is favored by 2.5 points while Washington, San Diego and Green Bay are drawing spreads of -3, -4 and -2.5, respectively.

As for the 4-4 Eagles, they are a one point home underdog to the Falcons, who have posted a 4-1 road record this season.

The weekend’s biggest game will take place on NBC Sunday Night Football where the Patriots welcome the Seahawks to Gillette Stadium for a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX. New England, of course, won that game 28-24, but it is expected to take Sunday evening’s contest by a wider margin, presently favored at 7.5 points.

While Seattle is 5-2-1 and owns one of the league’s top defenses, it has not played well on the road this season, losing at Los Angeles and New Orleans while tying at Arizona. New England has suffered one home loss, but it was with an injured Jacoby Brissett under center. The Patriots have won four straight since Tom Brady’s return and they did so by an average of 16.3 points per game.

Closing out the Week 10 schedule are the Bengals and Giants. New York is looking for a fourth straight win and is favored to get it, drawing a +2.5 line. The Bengals are coming off a bye and hoping to improve to 4-4-1. Cincy is 1-3-1 away from home.

NFL Week 10 Betting Trends:

The Steelers are 10-2 straight up and 9-3 against the spread since the 2010 season when playing as a home favorite coming off a road loss.

The Panthers are 12-0 straight up and 11-1 against the spread in their last 12 games playing as a home favorite coming off a road win.

The Saints are 1-4 straight up and 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five games playing as a home favorite coming off a road win.

The Eagles are 5-1 both straight up and against the spread in their last six games playing as an underdog coming off a road loss.
