2016 NFL Schedule Week 15 & Betting Odds

The Seattle Seahawks will look to become the second team to lock up a playoff berth when they hose NFC West rival Los Angeles later tonight. The latest NFL betting odds from Bovada expect Russell Wilson and company to do so with ease, favoring them at -15 against the spread. Also looking to secure postseason berth during the 2016 NFL Schedule Week 15 are the Patriots, Chiefs, Raiders, Lions and Giants.

Kansas City, Oakland and New England need only win to punch their playoff tickets and all three squads are favored to do so. The Chiefs are a -6 home favorite opposite the surging Titans while the Raiders and Patriots are -3 and -3.5 road favorites at San Diego and Denver, respectively.

As for Detroit and New York, they both need to win and have a number of other things happen as well. However, given the two clubs are set to square off in the Big Apple on Sunday, only one of them will have a true shot at wrapping up a playoff berth this weekend.

The odds makers like the Giants at -4 against the spread in the pivotal matchup. Should New York, which is 6-1 at this season, prevail, it would halt the Lions five game win streak.

Detroit is just 1-5 both straight up and against the spread in its last six games playing as a road dog coming off a home win, but the lone victory during that stretch came when they trounced the Saints 28-13 on December 5.

New England, in spite of Denver’s recent struggles, has a difficult task as well. The Broncos have won three of the last four meetings between the two teams and they have won and covered in six of their last seven games against the Pats at Mile High.

The Chiefs, meanwhile, are looking for their sixth home win of the season while the Titans are eying a fourth road victory.
