The field of three-year old colts and their betting odds are beginning to take shape with only six days to go until the running of the 135th Kentucky Derby at Churchhill Downs in Louisville, Saturday May 2nd. The young jockey earned five Grade 1 racing titles in 2007 and was voted the Eclipse Award as the United State Champion Apprentice Jockey.
Talamo jockeyed I Want Revenge to a miraculous come from behind win in the Wood Memorial at Aquaduct on April 4th. The colt got a bad jump out of the gates and had to charge from last place to win the race.
