Horse racing fans that put heavy stock in versatility should take a hard look at on of the Kentucky Derby Contenders named Monba. Monba is adapt at running from behind, middle of the pack or as a front runner in this year’s race for the roses.  Internet Racebook SBGglobal.com has Monba listed at 15 to 1 odds to win the 134th Kentucky Derby later today.

Monba has a tailor made pedigree for distance races like the Kentucky Derby and is riding momentum heading into Churchill Downs with a win at the Blue Grass. Monba doesn’t have eye popping speed rating numbers but the three-year old has shown that it can run well on dirt surfaces.
