The 2010 Preakness Stakes odds on Caracortado are listed at 10 to 1 odds by the Preakness Predictions experts at online racebook BODOG.com. Caracortado is running out of the 9th post position in the 135th Preakness Stakes at 6:15 PM EST at Pimlico and jockey Paul Atkinson will get the mount in his first Triple Crown race at 41 years old.
“After watching it on TV and with the weather and everything, I wasn’t too disappointed. But it would have been nice to go to the Derby," stated Don Blahut, an 80-year-old retired businessman who co-owns Caracortado. "We would have liked to have had enough points to get there, but it wasn’t to be. We’re really not devastated by it. I think this is the race we fit better in of the three races. I think if we have some racing luck, we’ll be all right.”
Caracortado is the first horse to run in a Triple Crown for trainer by Mike Machowsky and owned by Blahut Racing & Hi Lo Racing. Bet on the 2010 Preakness Stakes Odds at online racebook BODOG.com.
