The second leg of the Triple Crown, the 2008 Preakness Stakes2008 Preakness Stakes Saturday May 17 at 6:30 PM ET airing on NBC could be a blowout for Big Brown. Horse handicapping expert John O’Brien has decided to analyze some trends for the 2008 Preakness Stakes horse betting values.  BodogLife.com has Big Brown as the odds-on favorite to win after his “special” display of cruising  in his win at Kentucky Derby. “The Preakness Stakes is a race for Speed horses. Brown is a shoe-in he is the fastest horse and he will win you horse betting money.” said O’Brien. Big Brown has won his three races by 29 lengths, it hasn’t even been close.”
2008 Preakness Stakes: Gayego and Big Brown the elite?
John O’Brien had this to say about Big Brown’s competition .Gayego “Big Brown is an overlay but he is worth it because he is on another level this year.” The next best thing is Gayego but he isn’t bred with enough stamina. Gayego ran a rough 17th in the Kentucky Derby but he is a speed horse with a top-end 103 Beyer Speed Rating  “I like Gayego in the exacta bet, but throwing money on him to win at 10-1 is a waste.” Gayego has won 50% of his races and he could bounce back the way that some horses do at the Pimlico.”Horse betting money on Gayego has moved the opening line of Gayego 15-1 to it’s current 10-1 at most shops.
