SBGglobal is listing Kyle Busch and Stewart as co-favorites for Saturday's Sharpie 500 at +700. They're followed by Edwards, Gordon, and Hamlin at +800, Kurt Busch and  Johnson at +1,000, Biffle and Martin at +1,200, Kahne at +1,500, Bowyer, Earnhardt Jr. and Harvick at +2,000, Kenseth and Newman at +2,500, Burton and Montoya at +3,000, Truex and Vickers at +4,000, Joey Logano and Jamie McMurray at +6,000, David Ragan and Reutimann at +7,500, AJ Allmendinger, Hornish, Brad Keselowski, Bobby Labonte, Casey Mears, Elliot Sadler, Reed Sorenson, Scott Speed, David Stremme, and Michael Waltrip at +10,000. And “The Field” is being offered at +5,000.

Looking at the Sprint Cup point standings, with three races to go before the season-ending 10-race Chase for the Cup, leader Tony Stewart clinched his spot by finishing 17th last week (at +600). Gordon slipped past Johnson last week to take over second place in the standings, while Edwards sits in fourth, Denny Hamlin fifth, Kurt Busch sixth, Juan Pablo Montoya seventh, and Kasey Kahne eighth. Those top eight are pretty good bets at the moment to make the Chase.

Ryan Newman, Greg Biffle, Matt Kenseth, and Mark Martin hold down the 9-12 spots going into Saturday's race. But with his win at Michigan, Vickers pulled to within 12 points of Martin. Clint Bowyer sits in 14th place, 58 points behind MM, Kyle Busch is 15th, 70 points out of 12th, and David Reutimann is 16th, 118 points back of Martin.
