Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic will meet for the sixth time since the summer of 2010 tomorrow morning when they vye for entrance into the 2011 Australian Open men's final. The two longtime stalwarts will take the court at Rod Laver Arena at approximately 3:30am ET tomorrow. 2011 Australian Open Semifinals Betting Odds have Federer listed as a -4.5 against the spread and -300 moneyline favorite.

Novak Djokovic, who has been ousted in Roger Federer vs Novak Djokovic 2011 Australian Open Semifinals Betting Oddsthe quarterfinals of the last two Australian Opens, was in top form Tuesday morning as he breezed through sixth ranked Tomas Berdych, 6-1, 7-6, 6-1 in route to his fourth semifinals appearance in his last six Grand Slams played.

Djokovic won 51 of his 62 first serve opportunities against Berdych; he also accounted for 10 aces and 34 winners in beating the Czech native.

Djokovic has dispatched three of his five Melbourne opponents in straight sets, the exceptions being Ivan Dodig, who the Serbian beat 7-5, 6-7, 6-0, 6-2, and Viktor Troicki, who retired after losing the first set 2-6.

If Djokovic is able to get past Federer, he will make his fourth career Grand Slam finals appearance. The 23 year old finished runner up in the 2007 and 2010 U.S. Open tournaments. He followed up his 2007 U.S. Open effort with a championship at Melbourne.

Roger Federer has a way of putting things in perspective and he did just that for fellow countryman Stanislas Wawrinka in their quarterfinals meeting earlier this week. Wawrinka, who was 9-0 on the season heading into his match with Federer, had already won the 2011 Chennai Open title in India. He also mowed down his first four Aussie Open competitors, including Andy Roddick, in straight sets.

So what did Federer do? He smashed his friend, 6-1, 6-3, 6-3 to advance to his eighth consecutive Australian Open semifinals.

Now Fed will attempt to halt the red hot Djokovic's momentum, which may prove more difficult than ending Wawrinka's improbable run at Melbourne. Federer does own a 13-6 record against Djokovic, though, and he has beat the Belgrade native in four of their last five meetings. The exception? Last year's U.S. Open semifinal.
