2010 Australian Open Final Odds – Men: Having reached his 22 Grand Slam Final, world No.1 Roger Federer [-190 ML] will look to add his 16th title to his unparallel resume as he takes on a man looking for his first in sports betting odds underdog Andy Murray [+150 ML]. Both players are coming off very strong showings in this year’s 2010 Australian Open, but unfortunately, there can only be one champion.

The 2010 Australian Open Final Odds is expected to take place at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia, very early Sunday morning beginning at 3:30 AM ET (12:30 AM PT) on ESPN-2. Federer easily advanced to the Aussie Final by eliminating Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in a seemingly effortless manner: 6-2, 6-3, 6-2. We all remember the way Federer was the last time he was in the Finals at Melbourne Park, humbled as Rafael Nadal had just claimed the Aussie title.

However this year, you can already see a very different, cockier Roger Federer, if you will. With Andy Murray being his opponent in the Finals, Federer decided to make fun of some of the Murray fans in attendance after destroying Tsonga.

“I know he’d like to win the first for British tennis since what is it, 150,000 years?” a laughing Federer said about the fact that Murray is trying to become the first British men to win a Grand Slam singles in 74 years. “The poor guy who has to go through those moments over and over again.”

The Swiss went on to explain how this feels like just another tournament for him. “I don’t feel like the pressure’s really on me having to do it again because I did it before,” Federer explained. “I think he really needs it more than I do. So I think the pressure’s big on him. We’ll see how he’s going to handle it. It’s not going to be easy for him, that’s for sure.”
